MyBookStores ships across Kuwait through our partner iCarry. Here's what to expect.
We deliver to all six governorates of Kuwait: Hawalli, Al Kuwait, Al Farwaniyah, Al Jahra, Mubarak Al-Kabeer and Al Ahmadi. Specific cities and districts are selectable at checkout.
Order before 12:00 PM Kuwait time, available for selected bookstores in central districts.
Order placed any time, delivered the following working day. Default for most orders.
Choose your preferred delivery window for less-urgent orders.
Pricing is set by iCarry based on delivery city and weight. You'll see the exact cost on the checkout screen before payment — no surprises.
Once your order ships, an airway bill is created automatically. You'll see its real-time status in the Orders tab of the app and via SMS updates from iCarry.
If iCarry can't reach you on the first attempt, they retry once. After the second failed attempt the parcel goes back to the bookstore. We'll contact you to reschedule before that happens.
Some bookstores offer a "ready for pickup" option — you'll see it at checkout if the bookstore supports it. We'll notify you when the order is ready, then you collect from the store.
