You must register for an account to place orders. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
All prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) including any applicable taxes. Payment is processed by our partner MyFatoorah; we never see or store your full card details. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the price was listed in error, the item is out of stock, or fraud is suspected — your payment will be refunded in full.
Delivery is handled by iCarry. Estimated delivery times are best-effort and not guaranteed. See Delivery Details for current coverage.
You may return books, stationery and uniforms in unused, original-packaging condition within 7 days of delivery. Personalised items and downloaded digital content are non-returnable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of the bookstore receiving the return.
You may not use the app to: post or transmit illegal content; attempt to disrupt the service; reverse-engineer the app for malicious purposes; or scrape data programmatically.
MyBookStores acts as a marketplace connecting customers, bookstores, schools and delivery providers. We are not liable for: product defects (bookstore's responsibility), delivery delays or damage in transit (iCarry's responsibility), or payment-processing issues at MyFatoorah's end.
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kuwait courts.
